From my vague memory of this episode, Mr. 40 (the salesman) meets 中村's older sister who runs a shop/ motel or something. He volunteers to do all kinds of work for her since he is very fond of her. His passion grows out of control and he falls madly in love with her (one-way street). She is actually using Mr. 40 and doesn't like him. But she never revealed her true feelings until at the end. She has a BF that she plans to marry! So, again, mr. 40 gets his heart broken, and travels on to the next episode. (This is very familiar to ar_woo's experience in the past 
)
I think 中村 played a very shy person who has no GF in this movie. Mr. 40 tried to set him up with a GF. Maybe becoz he wants 中村's sister so much. He even acted like 中村's father in this sense. (ar_woo also tried to help the brother of a beautiful girl b4 )
One line I remember very well is: some ppl were discussing whether 中村's sister looks beautiful or not (maybe they never met her). And somone said, just look at 中村's face, he is very handsome, so his sister must be very beautiful too (same case here, ar_woo knew a beautiful girl whose brother is very handsome 
)
When I find the disk I'll try to upload a few scenes (may take 1 month to find, sorry 
). I think it was a DVD I bought at HK records (maybe HKman owns HK records)
