係好大底既好厚；要用上海人煎蔥油餅呀！窩貼呀！果種平底大鑊黎整！但因太大底；所要用把大菜刀黎切；但我見唔係用花生醬播；而係用花生碎同沙糖！即過年阿媽包角仔入面果D料咁；灑落去；然後再夾埋（一個靚仔食唔哂！好大份。）
TIP 兄是否講呢亭？
夾餅；又叫夾餅；完全另一回事。

似乎大家tune到right channal la, 我想應是這個la ,但這小吃叫什麼名呢?
石磨米漿缽仔糕廣東台山人以清泉水煮黃糖、米漿，再倒入瓦缽仔蒸熟，便成為今天的缽仔糕。有50年做缽仔糕經驗的林師傅，堅持沿用以石磨磨米漿做缽仔糕。缽仔糕上的凹洞，原來是故意將有水氣的部份挖走，否則會有酸味。

.. I think I know what you're referring to...did they also use to put some sugar & sesame seeds inside the 威化紙包 & 白色通'loan'脆脆? Very yummy from memory!!! (...i don't know why, but the name "煙仔餅" comes to my mind, not sure if that is the name (I'm probably wrong)...) ...can you still buy them on the streets nowadays?

They taste the same gar.....that 白色通'loan' thing is the 'sweet' stuff.
Same,except the one in the photo was smashed up.
That '紙' got a touch of 'salt' on it too.
