Outback in the States is good value, and their home-made bread is great (baby-rib is disappointing). Not sure about their outlet in HK.

TGI Friday's is also of good value (think it's better than Fat Angelo's). Have seen quite a few in the mainland and Taipei. Think there got be one in HK. Need to check.
